邀请农业部有关部门领导分别就推进现代种业发展的政策措施、实施建设种业强国的战略部署和中国种业骨干企业市场竞争力分析与行业前景展望等题目开展专题论坛。

invite the leaders of relevant departments of the ministry of agriculture to make hematic forums on promoting the development of the modern seed industry policies and measures, implementation of the strategic plan of the construction of kinds of power and the backbone of the seed industry market competitiveness of enterprises and industry outlook outlook .

邀请国内知名专家分别就国际种业发展趋势、中国种业产业化经营和种子企业兼并重融资等问题开展专题报告。

（三）专家讲座expert lectures

邀请种业知名专家分别就品种权保护与种子企业发展、两系法杂交水稻研究与生产中重大问题解析和杂交玉米种子果穗干燥技术应用现状与问题解析等方面举办专题讲座。

invite some well-known industry expertsto make special lectures on variety protection and seed enterprise development, two-line hybrid rice research and production of major issues in parsing and ear of hybrid maize seed drying technology application and problem resolution .
